Return PolicyWe accept limited returns within 180 days of purchase. You may return: IG mesh and IG2™ micromesh strips of 10' or longer, High-Flow Mesh strips of 1' or longer, full channel pieces, and full bags of zip screws. To return, contact us first, then pack and ship all materials (you pay shipping costs).The refund amount will be calculated using individual item prices, derived from full boxes prices listed under the InvisiGuard™ Components Price List in effect at the time of purchase. Example: If you return a IG2™ Micromesh 100' roll $181.67 ($1.82/ft) or Order-by-the-Foot purchase ($2.18/ft.), your refund will be calculated on the basis of $1.82/ft., even if purchased for $2.18/ft. (The initial extra cost includes by-The-Foot order preparation costs.) We will mail you a refund check within 10 business days of approving your return. We reserve the right to examine received materials before issuing a refund check. |
